The right is included in the Residences being acquired by any purchaser. If any of the relevant agreements are terminated, or TUXEDO ceases to manage the Residences and/or Resort for any reason, use of any of the above TUXEDO marks in connection with the Residences may be terminated at TUXEDO discretion.

• Neither TUXEDO nor any of its affiliates nor their respective Officers, Directors, Agents or Employees (collectively, TUXEDO owners, offers providers, promoters, issuers or underwriters, appointed assisting companies to the Residences;representing TUXEDO;therefore are not responsible in any way for making any representations or warranties with respect to the Developer construction of the Residences.

 

TUXEDO is not liable and/or accountable for any offering for sale of the real property constituting the Residences, or any increase or return on related investment.

• TUXEDO has not assumed and has no liability or responsibility for any financial statements, projections or other financial information contained in any sales and marketing materials, prospectus or similar written or oral statements, projections or other financial information contained and/or  relating to the Residences other than its own legal material.
